The MRWMD Is home to the Last Chance Mercantile, Recycling Drop-off Center, Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility, Materials Recovery Facility, Monterey Peninsula Landfill, and Organics to Energy Program, including Landfill Gas Renewable Energy Project and Anaerobic Digestion Project.
